Hotel Guest Supervisor at Hotel Cherica.

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the arriving guest and so must interact in a courteous and efficient manner, multi-task and solve problems.
The ability to project a positive attitude with a spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service is a must. You will be responsible for the checking in and out of guests, assisting with general requests, escorting guests to their rooms and performing relevant reception & guests supervising work, preparing the bill, the invoice, You will be also responsible for perform the settle the payment by the cards and cash collection.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and people skills, knowledge of any software for hotel managements, outlook, excel, word. Knowledge of POS activities to settle the payment by card, and impeccable presentation and manner. to leave all desk and office areas in a clean and neat manner
Previous experience in a 3 / 4 / 5* hotel is required as is a flexible approach to working hours, excellent telephone skills and working knowledge of a European language.
